ISLAMABAD, November 11 (online): Governor Punjab Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar has said that Government is serious in ensuring minority rights in the country under the vision of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Addressing to a Sikh Muslim Friendship seminar in Lahore, he said he has developed a close bond with the Sikhs across the globe over the years and is proud of serving the Sikh community in the province.
The Governor has said that no country can progress without their minorities playing role in economic activities.
He said the government is committed to preserve the culture and religious sites of the Sikhs in the country, adding that construction of Kartarpur Corridor is a proof of Sikh Muslim Friendship.
